Mike Todd, President/Owner

In 1974, I founded Milwaukee Lawn Sprinkler with the goal for us to become the best landscape irrigation company in the area. Over the years, we have grown, installing and servicing thousands of systems. Today, we are proud to be the preferred choice for homeowners, business owners and builders wanting to improve their lawns and gardens. Every day, my focus is on ensuring that our professionals strive for excellence in our designs, choice of equipment, installation techniques and service. We are always working to maintain our position as the company of choice for landscape irrigation in southeastern Wisconsin.

Jon “JJ” Busalacchi, Design/Sales

I have been designing systems for Milwaukee Lawn Sprinkler since 2005, where I handle the majority of our residential irrigation systems. I often work on systems for single family homes, as well as condominiums and apartment complexes. From new installs to complete system remodeling, I design systems that will help lawns and gardens be healthy and beautiful. I work closely with clients to ensure that their questions are answered, their needs are met, and that they feel comfortable using their new system.

John Michels, Design/Sales

For nine years, I have been the designer for most of Milwaukee Lawn Sprinkler’s commercial irrigation systems. My designs include retail systems, industrial systems, sports turf systems, green roof systems/rooftop gardens and parks and recreational areas. From estimating and bidding on large commercial projects, to designing smaller systems for mom-and-pop shops, I work hard to design efficient systems, and know what it takes to meet construction deadlines.

Paul Todd, Construction Superintendent

As Construction Superintendent, I prepare all installation sites, including laying out every job. I strive to make sure that the installation of the system matches the design’s intent, performing field measurements and making on-site design changes as necessary. I have a complete knowledge of irrigation systems and their components, from mechanical to hydraulic to electrical; this allows me to troubleshoot in the field, and to execute our projects to meet all specifications and requirements. I work closely with our designers and construction crews to make sure that our installations continue to produce high quality systems for our customers.

Ian Mortimer, Service Manager

With 25 years in the irrigation industry, my training and expertise translate to a strong, well-rounded service department. A focus on integrity, detail, and client satisfaction is my goal. My core values and leadership were founded with my time serving domestically and overseas in the U.S. Navy. Bringing these values into our service department will help transcend expectations and foster client relationships. I was raised in the lake country area and now reside in Brookfield with my wife and two children.
